At FlowPure, we want you to enjoy every drop of water from your new filtration system. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Pack the filtration unit and all included accessories securely in the original packaging to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
